Appointments canceled less than 48hrs prior to scheduled time slot are subject to 50% charge of scheduled service

Appointments missed with no notice are subject to 100% charge of scheduled service.
Continuous no shows/ missed appointments may result in not being permitted to rebook
rescheduling
Rescheduling appointments may be done at anytime up to 48hrs prior to scheduled appointment. Appointments held with a deposit may be rescheduled twice within a six month period and must be within the same calendar year. If additional rescheduling is required deposit may be lost and new deposit will be required

Deposits are required for all PMU appointments, Custom Tattoo appointments as well as all Full Lash sets and are Non- Refundable. The deposit is a commitment to the larger time required to be blocked off for these bookings. Should rescheduling of the appointment be needed client may do so up until 48hrs prior to the scheduled time. If less than 48hrs notice is provided deposit may be lost and a new deposit will be required to reschedule. If the scheduled appointment is No Showed deposit will be lost and new deposit will be required to rebook. Parking is permitted in the driveway or in the visitor stalls along Turnstyle. Parking pass is at the font door.
NOTE: Please drive slowly down Turnstyle - Speed limit is 10km - strata monitors speed and will fine residents if visitors are speeding.
Please let me know prior to your appointment if you will be bringing a guest with you. Children are permitted if they can sit quietly and not get in the way of working
